Ms. Deal

            1.  Set a regular time each day to complete homework.

             2.  Have a quiet, organized space to complete homework.

              3.  On an average your 8th grader will spend about 1.5 hours each night to complete assignments.

              4.  Please check your childs agenda book daily for homework assignments, project due dates, and upcoming quizzes/tests.  Also, it is a great way to communicate with me regarding your child's progress.  

             5.  Incentives and rewards are good, but please remind your child that a student's job is their homework.
